1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Mass Catering Services At Kindergarten No. 106 In Wrocław, Based In Wrocław (51-319), Ul. Sycowska 9, At The Place Of Study, Consisting In Providing Meals In Accordance With The Instructions Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, For A Maximum Of 125 And On Average 105 Children Staying At The Ordering Partys Facility On A Daily Basis.2.The Estimated Average Number Of Meals Served (Over The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is 24,255 Sets. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Childrens Attendance On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Number Of Lunches That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 10 Sets. 3. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 94, Section 1, Point 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Only Entities With The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, A Social Cooperative And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or The Main Purpose Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Implement The Order May Apply For This Order Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People - People With Mental Disorders Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 19, 1994 On The Protection Of Mental Health (Journal Of Laws Of 2018 Item 1878 And Of 2019, Items 730 And 1690) - Provided That The Percentage Of Employment Of Persons Belonging To The Above-Mentioned Category Is Not Less Than 30% Of The Total Number Of Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Its Unit That Will Perform The Order.
