The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of The Existing Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant Located On Plot No. 906 (District 0002 Jaworzynka) In The Istebna Commune, Aimed At Increasing Its Capacity From The Current 1,075 Pe To The Target 5,000 Pe, Based On The Concept For The Expansion Of The Treatment Plant Held By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Necessary Design Documentation For The Expansion And Modernization Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant, In Accordance With The Technological And Functional Solutions Specified In The Concept And Taking Into Account The Actual Condition Of The Existing Facility. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) Carry Out A Site Visit And Verify The Condition Of The Existing Treatment Plant, Its Facilities, Devices, Installations And Networks To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Documentation; B) Develop A Complete Land Development Project; C) Develop A Technological Design Together With The Required Calculations, Selection Of Equipment And Technological Diagram; D) Develop Construction And Construction Documentation For Facilities Designed, Reconstructed And Intended For Demolition; E) Development Of Industry Projects, In Particular Sanitary And Technological Installations, Electrical Installations, Instrumentation And Automation; F) Development Of Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction, Liquidation Or Demolition Of Existing Facilities And Installations, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Concept; G) Designing The Necessary Inter-Facility Networks, Installations, Roads, Squares And Land Development Elements; H) Taking Into Account The Staging Of Works In A Way That Ensures Possibility Of Carrying Out The Investment While Maintaining The Continuity Of Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant;I) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;J) Developing Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates;K) Obtaining The Required Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Permits And Other Formal And Legal Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment - To The Extent Resulting From The Applicable Regulations And Adopted Design Solutions. The Design Documentation Should Be Developed In A Complete, Mutually Coordinated And Unambiguous Manner, Enabling The Ordering Party Obtains The Required Administrative Decisions And Prepares And Conducts A Separate Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Jaworzynka Czadeczka Sewage Treatment Plant. The Documentation Should Include The Solutions Specified In The Concept, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify Them In Technical, Structural, Technological And Formal Legal Terms.
