The Special Services To Be Optionally Commissioned Can Be Found In The Draft Contract Enclosed With The Tender Documents Or The Fee Offer Form. According To Current Knowledge, The Client Assumes The Following Cost Estimates (Net) For The Christophorus Center Property: Kgr 300-400 Approx. 17,024,000 Eur. Planning Will Begin Immediately After The Order Is Placed In January 2027. Implementation Of The Construction Project Is Scheduled To Begin In The 2Nd Quarter Of 2028. The Construction Work Is Scheduled To Be Completed In Autumn 2031 And Commissioning Will Take Place At The End Of 2031.
