The Building Plot Is Located In Bayreuth -St. Johannis On Parcel Number 297 (Partial Area) Of The St. Johannis District And Is Approached Via Ochsenhut Street. The Building Site Will Be Accessed From Ochsenhut Street By A Newly Built Access Road With A Canal And All Supply Lines. The Building Plot Itself Has A Slope From North-East To South-West Of Up To 6 M. The Site Is Partly Excavated And Filled In To Create A Flat Surface. The Building Is A Two-Story Solid Construction With Sand-Lime Brick And Concrete Walls/Supports And A Thermal Insulation Composite System. There Is No Basement. The Foundation Is Carried Out Via Strip Foundations As Frost Bars And A Flat, Load-Bearing Reinforced Concrete Floor Slab. The Roof Ceiling Is Designed As A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling With The Appropriate Structure According To Flat Roof Guidelines And Is Covered With Greenery. The Flat Roof Areas Are Delimited By A Brick Or Concrete Attic.
