The Object Of The Purchase Is Capital Repair Services For 2 Electric Pumps Type Nmv 2000 Ra Related To The U1 & U2 Condenser Cooling Water System (Bsi 71210), Consisting Of The Following Main Activities: A) Electric Pump Disassembly And Assembly Services; B) Capital Repairs Of The Pumps, Including The Provision Of Spare Parts That Can Be Replaced During These Repairs. The Indicative List Of The Main Spare Parts Is Presented In Annex 1.2 To The Specifications. C) Pump Transport From Cne Cernavoda To The Service Provider And Return. The Characteristics Of The Nmv 2000 Ra Pumps Are Presented In The Chapter. 6 Of The Procurement Specifications. The Capital Repair Services Related To The 2 Nmv 2000 Ra Type Pumps Will Take Place Over A Period Of 48 Months. The Repair Term For A Pump Is A Maximum Of 15 Months From Its Takeover From The Cne Cernavoda Headquarters. Any Deficiency Occurring During The Warranty Period Will Be Remedied At The Providers Expense Within A Maximum Of 10 Days From Notification. Depending On The Situation In The Field At Cne Cernavoda From The Moment Of Delivery Of The Repaired Pump, There Is A Possibility That One Of The 2 Pumps Will Become The Spare Pump. In This Case, The Installation Activity Of The Electric Pump And Pif Will No Longer Be Carried Out. The Reserve Pump Will Remain Stored In The Premises Of Cne Cernavoda. If It Is Necessary To Install The Spare Pump, This Will Be Done By The Service Provider Only If The Need Arises During The Contract Period. Within A Maximum Of 30 Days After Taking Over The Electric Pump From The Cne Cernavoda Headquarters, The Provider Will Draw Up An As-Found/Detailed Technical Report With All The Detected Deficiencies, The Costs Related To The Repair Of The Electric Pump, The Potential Causes And Recommendations For Solving Them. Only Those Spare Parts That Were Identified, Following The Inspection Of The Equipment And That Were Actually Used, Will Be Settled At The Unit Prices From The Financial Proposal Submitted During The Award Procedure And Mentioned In The Contract. The Settlement Of The Optional Spare Parts Will Be Made At The Unit Prices From The Financial Proposal Submitted During The Award Procedure And Mentioned In The Contract, Within The Limit Of 364,862 Euros Without Vat.
