The Client Requires A Realistic Solution Corresponding To The Size Of The City Office, With An Emphasis On Security, The Transfer Of Knowledge And The Possibility Of Subsequent Management By The Ict Coordinator And Ict Administrator Of The City.Security Requirements Are Based On The Nature Of The Performance, In Particular The Suppliers Access To Identities, Privileged Roles, Tenant Configuration And City Data. The Contracting Authority Only Requires Measures Proportionate To This Scope Of Access And Responsibility Of The Supplier.Previous Consultations With Suppliers Were Used To Specify The Scope, Technical Assumptions And The Method Of Comparing Offers. This Call Establishes A Uniform Scope And Method Of Awarding For All Participants.The Subject Of The Order Is In Particular:- Supply And Pricing Of Microsoft 365 Licenses According To The Required License Distribution Shown In The Price Table,- Preparation And Configuration Of The Microsoft 365 Environment, Including Tenant, Domain And Basic Services,- Design And Verification Of Hybrid Identity In Connection With Local Active Directory,- Setting Basic Security Baseline, Mfa, Conditional Access, Protection Of Privileged Accounts And Supplier Access,- Configuration Of Microsoft Intune For Managing Selected Windows Devices,- Submission Of Documents For Hybrid Entra Join / Onboarding Of Existing Devices,- Pilot Migration Of One Test Mailbox From Kerio Connect To Exchange Online,- Pilot Onboarding Of 1 To 2 End Devices,- Documentation Of The Actual Implementation, Administrative Cookbook And Handing Over To The Ict Coordinator And Ict Administrator Of The City,- Separate Pricing And Evaluation Of Selected Optional Items: Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup And Migration Tool For Kerio Exchange Online.The Participant Must Propose A Schedule And Method Of Cooperation So That The Complete Migration To The Microsoft 365 Environment Can Be Completed No Later Than December 11, 2026.
