Fylde Borough Council Is Seeking Proposals For The Design, Development, Operation And Management Of A Padel And Tennis Facility Within The Area Identified On The Attached Site Plan.Bidders Are Encouraged To Maximise Participation, Community Benefit And Commercial Value By Proposing The Development Of Three Double Padel Courts. However, Recognising Potential Site Constraints, Planning Considerations And Commercial Viability Factors, The Council Will Also Consider Proposals Providing A Minimum Of Two Double Padel Courts.The Council Does Not Prescribe The Final Facility Layout. Bidders May Propose Their Preferred Court Arrangement, Covered Or Uncovered Structures, Access Arrangements, Fencing, Lighting, Ancillary Facilities And Supporting Infrastructure, Provided The Proposal Remains Within The Designated Site Boundary And Meets The Requirements Of This Specification.The Council Reserves The Right To Assess The Suitability Of The Proposed Layout As Part Of The Tender Evaluation Process.Existing Public Tennis Courtsthe Successful Contractor Shall Assume Responsibility For The Operation, Management And Maintenance Of The Council'S Existing Two Public Tennis Courts Throughout The Contract Term.
