The London Borough Of Hounslow Is Progressing The Comprehensive Regeneration Of The Convent Way Estate, Following A Positive Resident Ballot And Subsequent Redesign Of The Masterplan. The Updated Scheme Proposes Approximately 550-568 Homes, Including Full Reprovision Of Existing Social Rent Units, Additional Affordable Homes, And Later Phase Market Housing. Delivery Will Be Phased Across Up To Five Stages, Supported By A Revised Hybrid Planning Application And Phased Cpo Strategy.The Council Intends To Procure A Development / Investment Partner Through A Competitive Flexible Procedure. Early Phases Will Be Delivered On Behalf Of The Council, With Later Phases Delivered By The Partner As Retained Developer.Alongside The Main Regeneration Procurement, The Council Is Considering Tendering Interim Capital Works (Roof And Concrete Repairs, Estimated Value Up To £5M).
