The Scope Of The Procurement Is Construction Sheet Metal Work, Bituminous Roofing And Asbestos Demolition Work For The Maintenance And Investment Work Of Properties Owned By The Customer. The Customers In The Procurement Are Kuopio Ev.Lut. Parish Association, Leppävirta Municipality And The City Of Varkaus. The Procurement Is Divided Into Nine Parts, The Offer Can Be Submitted In One Or More Parts:* Part 1. Construction Sheet Metal Work, Kuopio Ev.Lut. Parish Association* Part 2. Sheet Metal Smiths Work, Leppävirta* Part 3. Sheet Metal Smiths Work, Varkaus* Part 4. Bituminous Roofing Work, Kuopio Ev.Lut. Parish Union* Part 5. Bituminous Roofing Works, Leppävirta* Part 6. Bituminous Roofing Works, Varkaus* Part 7. Asbestos Removal Works, Kuopio Ev.Lut. Parish Association* Part 8. Asbestos Demolition Works, Leppävirta* Part 9. Asbestos Demolition Works, Varkaus The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 1.4.2027 - 31.12.2029. The Procurement Includes A One-Year Option For The Period 1 January 2030 - 31 December 2030. Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected For Each Part. If Not Enough Bids Are Received Or Bids Have To Be Rejected, The Number Of Suppliers To Be Selected By Sub-Area May Be Less. A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established With The Selected Suppliers. If The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement And The Maximum Value Have Been Reached Before The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Or The Option Period That May Have Been Introduced, The Framework Arrangement Will End. In This Case, The Supplier Has No Demands Towards The Customer Or The Customer. The Request For Quotation Applies To The Customers Real Estate And Business Premises, As Well As Separately Defined (Mainly Small And/Or Vague In Terms Of Contract Calculation) Work Performances And Entities Carried Out In Them During The Contract Period. In Addition To Maintenance Work, Annual Investment Work Is Ordered Through The Contract. The Duration Of The Work Varies From One (1) Hour To A Few Months. The Duration Of The Work And Any Details Regarding The Order Are Determined By The Customers Needs.
