Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Heka) Is Asking Interested Service Providers To Participate In The Market Dialogue Related To The Maintenance And Repair Service Of Fire Detectors, Fire Alarms And Automatic Extinguishing Systems. The Scope Of The Service Includes Approximately 45 Special Housing Properties. The Service Provider Works In Properties That Mainly Have Serviced Housing Aimed At Special Groups. Special Apartments Are Objects Of Sotepe Services, Such As Senior Centers, Service Buildings, Objects Of Supported Housing And Objects Of Disability Services, As Well As Other Individually Identified Objects Managed By Heka. The Service Package Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas: 1. Sub-Area: Maintenance And Repair Services For Fire Detectors And Fire Alarm Systems. The Service Covers Preventive Maintenance Of Individual Fire Detectors And Centralized Fire Alarm Systems, Annual Maintenance, Other Maintenance Procedures According To The Service And Maintenance Program, Fault Diagnosis, Repair Work, Programming And Configuration Work, Replacement Of Spare Parts, Minor Modification And Expansion Work, Emergency Repairs And Fire Alarm Equipment Repairs. Technical Assistance Related To Periodic Inspections. Fire Alarm System Refers To A Centralized Fire Alarm System Connected To A Central Device Or Other Common System Entity. Individual Independent Fire Alarms Are Not Covered By This Service.2. Sub-Area: Maintenance And Repair Services For Automatic Extinguishing Equipment The Service Covers Preventive Maintenance Of Individual Automatic Extinguishing Equipment, Annual Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance According To The Service And Maintenance Program, Fault Diagnosis, Repair Work, Replacement Of Spare Parts, Minor Modification And Expansion Work, On-Call Repairs And Technical Assistance Related To Periodic Inspections. Hekas Equipment Base Includes At Least Sprinkler Equipment And Low-Pressure Water Mist Equipment, Such As Softex Systems. The Service Provider Must Also Be Ready To Service High-Pressure Water Mist Equipment. The Actual Contract Is Valid For Two (2) Years From The Start Date Of The Contract Period. The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period Two (2) Times For One (1) Option Year At A Time. Heka Wants Comments On, Among Other Things:* The Content Of The Procurement Object/Service (Service Description)* Contract Terms, E.G. Price Change Conditions And Contract Sanctions* Pricing Criteria* Responsibility Criteria By Registering, Companies Interested In The Market Dialogue Have The Opportunity To Hold A Procurement Dialogue With Heka. The Procurement Documents To Be Commented On Are Delivered To The Registered Companies By E-Mail To The E-Mail Indicated By The Company. The Market Dialogue Is Carried Out As A Forms Survey, And About A Weeks Time Is Set Aside For Commenting. The Survey May Be Carried Out As Several Surveys.
