Tenders Are Invited For General Construction Company For The Renovation And Transformation Of A Set Of Buildings Located Rue Hautes 57-59 And Rue Notre-Seigneur, 24-32 In 1000 Brussels, Into 15 Transit Housing Units And 1 Business.

(1) All Work Described In This C.S.Ch. And All Of Its Annexes, As Well As All The Works, Supplies, Accessories, Energy And Fluid Supplies And All The Constraints And Means Of Execution Allowing The Adj. To Deliver Absolutely Complete Work Meeting The Normal Purpose Of The Work. The Adj. May Not Take Advantage Of Any Gap And/Or Omission To Claim Any Supplement To The Price Of Its Offer (Art. 82, Al. 1 Of R.R. 1). (2) The Coordination Of Asbestos Removal Work, Entrusted To A Third Party In The Form Of Imposed Subcontracting (See Art 11.13, 2.), Operations Which Must Be Included In The Work Schedule. (Ann. E) (3) Maintenance Of Works And Technical Equipment During The Work And The Warranty Period. (4) The General Installations Of The Site In Accordance With The Terms Of This C.S.Ch. And The Regulations In Force. (5) Perfect Maintenance Of The Site And Its Surroundings. (6) The Prevention And Safety Measures Necessary For The Works Forming Part Of This Contract, Those Relating To The Personnel Working, To People Having Access To The Site, To Co-Contractors And To Public Authorities And Those To Be Taken, If Necessary, To Existing Constructions. (7) The Regular Evacuation, Outside The Site, Of Soil, Sludge, Waste, Materials, Debris, Rubble, Etc. Coming From This Contract, To A Recycling Facility In Accordance With The Order Of The Government Of The Brussels Capital Region Of March 16, 1995 Relating To The Compulsory Recycling Of Certain Construction Or Demolition Waste (Mb 06.05.1995). (8) The Storage, At The Locations Indicated By The D.T., Of Products From The Site That May Be Reusable.
