Content Of The Tender The Assignment Concerns The Performance Of Accounting Services For Maastricht University. The Scope Of This Assignment For Accounting Services At Um Includes The Following Components: A: Annual Audit And Certification Of The Um Annual Accounts; B: Annual Audit And Certification Of The Annual Accounts Of The Related Party To Be Consolidated, Um Holding Bv; C: Annual Audit And Certification Of The Funding Data Statement D: Annual Implementation Of Agreed Specific Activities Resulting In A Report Of Factual Findings Regarding The Integrated Cost Price System (Iks) E: Annual Implementation Of The Compliance Commitment Regarding The Federal Family Education Loan Program (Ffelp). Purpose And Intended Result Of The Tender The Purpose Of This Request For Quotation Is To Enter Into An Agreement For Accounting Services With One Party For A Period Of 4 Years With The Option Of Extension Of 3 Times 1 Year. The Maximum Contract Duration Is Therefore 7 Years. The Agreement Will Commence On July 1, 2027 And Will End, Unless Extended, By Operation Of Law On June 30, 2031.
