The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of 1 (One) Used Dump Truck Type Vehicle, Intended For The Removal Of Bulky Waste, For The Needs Of Iskar Municipality.The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, The Type, Technical And Functional Characteristics Of The Vehicle Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) And In The Attached Table, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. Motives:Guided By The Provision Of Art. 46, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Considers That It Is Not Appropriate To Divide The Public Procurement Into Separate Positions. Pursuant To §2 Item 29 Of The Dr Of The Public Procurement Act, Special Position Is Such A Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Which, Although It May Be An Independent Subject Of The Public Procurement, Is Systematically Related To The Other Positions Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of 1 (One) Used Dump Truck Type Vehicle, Intended For The Removal Of Bulky Waste For The Needs Of Iskar Municipality. The Vehicle Subject To Delivery Should Fully Meet The Technical And Functional Characteristics Determined By The Contracting Authority.As Far As The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Related To The Acquisition Of One Vehicle, The Division Of The Procurement Into Separate Items Would Not Ensure The Possibility Of Independent Implementation Of Separate Parts Of The Supply That Have An Independent Purpose. In View Of The Above, As Well As In View Of The Need To Ensure Efficiency, Economy And Timely Execution Of The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Accepts That Dividing It Into Separate Items Is Not Expedient.Applications:1.
