After Signing An Administrative Contract/Annex, Financing Will Be Provided, And At The Moment, The Completion Of The Supplies And Their Payment Is Requested By 30.11.2026. In The Case Of Setting Another Deadline By The Managing Body Or Ensuring The Possibility Of Self-Financing, Clauses For Postponing The Deadline For Implementation Are Provided For In The Draft Contract, Without This Affecting The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Specific Deliveries Under The Relevant Specific Item Proposed By The Winning Participant.Important: According To Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order.
