The Service Includes Daily Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food According To Diets - Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner For Users Of Social Services, Included In Separate Positions, As Follows:- For Specific Position No. 1 In The Complex Of Social Services For Persons Of Over-Working Age Without Disabilities And Adults With Physical Disabilities, Namely:Family-Type Accommodation Center For Adults With Physical Disabilities, Veliko Tarnovo, 14 Tsvetarska St., 3Rd Floor, With A Capacity Of 30 Places And Family-Type Accommodation Center For The Elderly, Veliko Tarnovo, 3 Simeon Veliki St., With A Capacity Of 15 Places Provided By The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Maximum Number Of Users Of The Service Under The Specified Position Is 45 (Forty-Five).The Preparation And Delivery Of Food Is Agreed And Carried Out Based On The Estimated Amount Of Food For Social Services, As Follows: 45 Persons*545 Days = 24,525 Food.The Specified Quantities Of Foodstuffs For The Assignment Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To An Obligation For The Employer To Request And Purchase Them In Full. The Contracting Authority May, At Its Discretion, Request A Tasting Portion Of The Food According To Diets Within The Estimated Amount Of Food For Each Social Service. The Request For Such A Portion Is Made Through The Next Days Ration Request.- For Specific Position #2 In:Rainbow Day Center For Children And Youth With Disabilities, Veliko Tarnovo, 2 Georgi Izmirliev St., With A Capacity Of 36 Places; Day Center For Support Of Children With Severe Multiple Disabilities And Their Families Magic, Town Of Veliko Tarnovo, 3 Simeon Veliki Street, With A Capacity Of 30 Places; Day Center For Adults With Severe Multiple Disabilities, Veliko Tarnovo, 14 Tsvetarska Str., 1St Floor, With A Capacity Of 40 Places (Possibility Of Additional Meals For Users Of This Service - In Case There Is A User With Substitute Care, Breakfast And Dinner Are Added) And Day Center For Adults With Disabilities, Veliko Tarnovo, Pop Hariton St. No. 4, With A Capacity Of 32 Places. The Maximum Number Of Users Of The Service Under The Specified Position Is 138 (One Hundred And Thirty-Eight). The Preparation And Delivery Of Food Is Agreed Upon And Carried Out On The Basis Of The Estimated Quantities Of Food For Social Services, As Follows:Estimated Number Of Meals For A Period Of 545 Days = 20,000 Meals - For Midday Meals For Users Of All Specified Social Services.Estimated Number Of Meals For A Period Of 545 Days = 3,500 Meals - For Additional Meals (Breakfast And Dinner) For Users Of The Day Center For Adults With Severe Multiple Disabilities, With Involved Care. The Specified Quantities Of Foodstuffs For The Assignment Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To An Obligation For The Employer To Request And Purchase Them In Full.
