Have Concluded A Contract According To Art. 15 Of Ordinance No. 7/09.07.2003. Vouchers Should Be Accepted As A Means Of Payment In Food Trade Establishments Under The Food Act, With Which The Contractor Has Concluded Contracts For The Supply Of Food, Falling Within The Territorial Scope Of The Pleven District, Including Grocery Stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Etc., Operating In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Food Act / Establishments Under Art. 2, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 7/09.07.2003 Of The Mtsp And Mf, With Which The Participants Of The Mtsp And Mf. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation For A Minimum Or Maximum Total Quantity Of Vouchers Requested For Delivery.
