The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Management Of Infiltrated Waters From The Tailings Pond Rosen Aims To Ensure That The Contaminated Drainage Waters From The Tailings Pond Are Not Allowed To Flow To The Surface Water Bodies In The Area. In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, It Is Imperative To Ensure, Within A Period Of Six Months, The Continuous Maintenance Of A Safe Water Level In The Two Collection Tanks, By Pressure Return Of The Waters To The Evaporation Lake Of The Tailings Storage Facility. The Services Include: 1. Removal Of The Infiltrated (Drainage) Water Flowing From The Rosen Tailings Pond To The Evaporation Lake Of The Tailings Pond, In Order To Prevent It From Flowing To Surface Water Bodies In The Area; 2. Maintaining The Serviceability Of The Constructed Drainage Facilities For Drainage Water From The Rosen Tailings Storage Facility; 3. Keeping An Operating Log, In Which The Moment Of Inclusion And The Moment Of Cessation Of Operation Of The Pumps Are Noted, As Well As Entry And Possible Problems That Occurred During The Implementation Process.
