The Servicing Insurance Broker For The Insurances For All Separate Positions Is Mm Insurance Broker Eood, According To The Concluded Assignment Contract And On The Basis Of Article 301 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 Months From Its Award. The Exact Dates For The Start Of The Insurance Services For The Individual Specific Items Are Different Depending On The Maturity Date Of The Specific Insurance Currently In Force. Information About The Expiration Date Of The Current Insurance Policies Will Be Provided To The Selected Contractor After The Conclusion Of The Contract. In View Of The Different Expiration Dates Of The Different Types Of Insurance, The Contractor Selected For The Respective Specific Position Will Be Notified By The Employer And/Or The Insurance Broker Within 7 Days Before The Expiration Of The Upcoming Conclusion And Issuance Of The Insurance. The Contractor Undertakes That The Prices Submitted By Him In The Offer Remain Unchanged For The Duration Of The Contract And To Issue Separate Insurance Policies After An Express Application By The Contracting Authority.
