Initial Contract No. 202611-2 Was Therefore Terminated. This Contract Therefore Constitutes A Substitute Contract Within The Meaning Of Articles 52.2 And 52.4 Of The Ccag Works. The Work Must Imperatively Take Place During The All Saints Day 2026 School Holidays. Only Lot No. 2 Of Consultation No. 202613 Is Open To Competition. Contract No. 202613-1 Has Already Been Awarded As Part Of A Procedure Without Advertising Or Competitive Bidding, In Accordance With Articles No. R.2122-8 And R.2123-1 Of The Public Procurement Code.
