The Needs And Technical Requirements Are Described In The Special Conditions (Cp) As Well As In The Documents To Which They Refer. Adbm Sa Reserves The Right To Conclude, During The Duration Of The Contract, Other Contracts Relating To Complementary, Similar Or Distinct Services, With The Holder Or With Any Other Service Provider, Without The Latter Being Able To Take Advantage Of It Or Claim Any Exclusivity. The Duration Of The Contract Is Specified In The Special Conditions. The Estimated Start Date Of The Services Is Set For January 1, 2027.
