The Object Of This Purchase Is The Supply, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of A Number Of 7 Recharging Stations For Electric Vehicles, Within The Project Financed By The Environment Fund Administration (Afm). By Making The Investment, The Development Of The Electric Vehicle Supply Infrastructure Is Aimed At By Purchasing High-Performance Recharging Stations, As Well As Ensuring All The Technical Conditions Necessary For Their Safe And Efficient Exploitation. The Object Of The Contract Consists In: The Provision Of Recharging Stations For Electric Vehicles; Transport And Delivery Of The Equipment To The Location Indicated By The Contracting Authority; Assembly And Installation Of Recharging Stations; Making The Electrical Installations Related To The Stations; The Realization Of Protection Installations Against Contact Voltages, Including The Ground Sockets Provided For In The Technical Project; Performing The Necessary Checks, Tests And Samples; Putting The Equipment Into Operation. In Order To Ensure The Proper Exploitation Of The Investment, The Contractor Will Have The Following Obligations: Training The Personnel Designated By The Contracting Authority Regarding The Use, Operation And Maintenance Of The Recharging Stations; Providing Technical Documentation, Quality Documents, Acceptance Documents And User And Operation Manuals; Providing The Necessary Documents And Certificates To Put The Equipment Into Operation, According To The Contractual Obligations And The Applicable Legal Provisions; Providing Post-Installation Technical Support And Ensuring The Necessary Interventions To Remedy Any Deficiencies That May Arise During The Warranty Period, According To The Established Contractual Conditions. The Main Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Recharging Stations, The Assembly Works And The Related Electrical Installations Being Accessory And Necessary For The Installation And Proper Operation Of The Equipment. The Work Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Technical Project Of Execution, The Execution Details, The Specifications Of Tasks For Specialties Checked And Authorized According To The Legal Provisions And The Building Permit Attached To The Notice Of Participation.
