The Aim Of The Tender Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Through Award With One (1) Supplier For The Maintenance And Construction Of Outdoor Greenery And Outdoor Areas. The Question As Set Out By Rotterdam University Of Applied Sciences Can Be Divided Into Three Categories. 1. Planned Periodic Maintenance Based On Location-Specific Maintenance Recipe (As Requested By Rotterdam University Of Applied Sciences) 2. Maintenance Management 3. Construction Of Projects This Concerns Both Maintenance And Construction Of Outdoor Greenery And Outdoor Areas. Rotterdam University Of Applied Sciences Will Purchase A Total Estimated Value Of A Maximum Of €2,000,000 (Excluding Vat) Under The Framework Agreement. Based On Historical Data, The Total Order Value Amounts To An Average Of € 235,000 Excl. Vat Per Year. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Statement. In View Of Political, Economic, Budgetary, Organizational And/Or Administrative Developments And The Related Growth And Shrinkage Of Rotterdam University Of Applied Sciences, It Is Possible That The Number Of Locations And Other Specifications To Which The Framework Agreement Relates May Expand, Shrink Or Change. These Developments May Influence The Scope Of The Framework Agreement. Tenderers Must Take This Into Account.
