Starting Point Of The Project: Digital Solutions Make Sense For The Development, Provision And Application Of Technical Rules In The Area Of Occupational Safety. This Applies Both To The Setting Of Rules In The Occupational Safety Committees At The Federal Ministry Of Labor And Social Affairs (See Https://Www.Bmas.De/De/Arbeit/Arbeitsschutz/Arbeitsschutzausschuesse/Arbeitsschutzausschuesse.Html), As Well As To The Announcement Of The Rules By The Bmas And Their Application In Companies As Well As To Advice And Enforcement. In The Area Of Standardization, The Din And Dke Digital Standards Initiative (Idis) Has Developed The Digital Smart Standards Concept (See Https://Www.Dke.De/Idis). This Was Used As An Example In A Previous Baua Research Project F 2542 (See Https://Www.Baua.De/De/Forschung/Forschungsprojekte/F2542 And Project Website Https://Digiasr.Blogs.Ruhr-Uni-Bochum.De/). A Methodology For The Step-By-Step Development Of Machine-Readable And Machine-Executable Test Rules Was Derived From This (A. Aziz, D. Napps, M. König, S. Gabriel, A. Richter, S. Voß (2025): Approaches For The Transformation Of Technical Rules For Workplaces Into Digital Rules. Https://Www.Baua.De/De/Angebote/Publikationen/Fokus/F2542-2). Subject Of The Contract And Objectives: Based On The Existing Approaches And Findings, A Study Is To Be Carried Out To Examine The Extent To Which Approaches For Digital Smart Standards Can Be Transferred To Other Areas Of The Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Rules And The Occupational Health And Safety Rules Developed In The Occupational Health And Safety Committees Can Be Converted Into Digital Smart Regulations, I.E. Into The Level 2 Machine-Readable Document, And Further Developed In The Future For Level 3 Machine-Readable And Executable Content And Level 4 Machine-Readable And Interpretable Content. This Study Is The Subject Of The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor. The Aim Is To Provide Recommendations For Action For The Further Digitalization Of Occupational Safety Regulations And Rules In Germany. In Relevant Technical Application Contexts And Use Cases, Which Are To Be Selected In Collaboration With The Occupational Health And Safety Committees At The Bmas, The Processes From The Creation, Management And Provision To The Operational Application Of Rules As Well As The Implementation Options Must Be Considered. In Practice, Requirements From Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Rules Must Be Taken Into Account By Employers, Particularly When Assessing Risks. In The Project, The Contractor Must Therefore Examine How The Contents Of The Occupational Safety Rules Can Be Applied In Exemplary Digital Implementations Of The Risk Assessment Processes And In Any Existing Data Models And Coordinated With Other Requirements. The Contractor Systematically Brings Together The Results, Evaluates Them And, Based On This, Derives Concrete Recommendations For Action. The Project Contributes To
