The Assignment Consists Of The Recruitment, Selection And Contracting Of Temporary External Hires. Primarily Aimed At These Two Segments: • Temporary Workers; • Secondment Workers. The Assignment Focuses On Supplying High-Quality, Suitable Candidates For Often Unique And Specialist Positions, Mainly Within The Domains: • Technology Within A Water Board; • Specialists In The Field Of Water; • It; • Business Operations. Within The Assignment, The Focus Is On Ensuring Continuity, Joint Responsibility Within The Triangle Of Both Contractors And Hdsr, Healthy Competition And Partnership. Characteristic Of The Assignment Is: • No Bulk Or Generic Hiring; • Predominantly Customized And Specialist Profiles; • High Degree Of Variation In Assignments; • The Intervention Model; The Contractor Is Responsible For The Suppliers. The Services We Require From Both Contractors Are: • Recruitment And Selection Of Candidates; • (Lawfully) Contracting Temporary Workers; • Management And Completeness Of The Hiring File; • Invoicing And Payment Process; • Provision Of Management Information; • Relationship Management And Proactive Advisory Role. Hdsr Has Around 850 Employees. The Average Ratio Of Hdsrs Employee Base Is Currently 90% Permanent Employees And 10% Temporary Employees. This Means That An Average Of 85 Hired Workers Are Active Within Hdsr Per Year. Currently (August 2026) 60 Temporary Employees Work For Hdsr. No Rights Can Be Derived From This, Including For Migration. For The Maximum Term Of 5 Years, The Indicative Value Of Both Framework Agreements Together Is: € 59.1 Million Excluding Vat. The Maximum Amount Of The Two Framework Agreements Together Is €88.65 Million Excluding Vat For The Full Possible Term Of 5 Years. If This Maximum Value Is Reached Jointly By Both Framework Agreements During The Term, The Framework Agreement With Both Contractors Will End Immediately By Operation Of Law.
