Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Public Procurement Act 2012 Apply To This European Tender. Liability Insurance For The Province Of Zeeland The Province Of Zeeland Wishes To Take Out Liability Insurance Specifically For The Province For A Period Of 3 Years With An Option Of Up To 3 Times An Extension Of 12 Months. Good Employership Insurance The Province Of Zeeland Wishes To Take Out A So-Called Good Employership Insurance - Or Equivalent Products - For Its Employees And Hired Personnel In Combination With The Liability Insurance, Also For A Period Of 3 Years With An Option Of Up To 3 Times An Extension Of 12 Months. Alternatives To Good Employer Insurance May Also Be Offered, Such As Compensation Insurance For Employees During Working Hours And 24-Hour Accident Insurance. Sub-Assignments 1 And 2 The Aforementioned Insurance Policies Are Purchased In Combination. The Liability Insurance For The Province Concerns Sub-Assignment 1 And The Good Employership Insurance Concerns Sub-Assignment 2. Both Sub-Assignments Are Inextricably Linked Due To The Premium Setting And The Coverage. The Partial Contracts Are Therefore Awarded To One And The Same Party To The Tenderer With The Best Price-Quality Ratio (Pkv). The Tenderer Must Base His Tender Entirely On What Is Requested In These Tender Guidelines, Including The Associated Appendices. Submitting An Alternative Offer That Does Not Comply With These Tender Guidelines And Associated Appendices, Including The Schedule Of Requirements, Is Not Permitted.
