Gvb Wishes To Conclude One Framework Agreement With One Supplier Who Is Able To Supply This Software, Including Maintenance And Related Services. Based On The Procedures And Provisions Included In The Framework Agreement, Further Assignments Will Be Issued Through Further Agreements. The Assignment Focuses Primarily On The Delivery Of Standard Software, For Which No Customization Is Required (Customized Software Is Outside The Scope Of The Assignment, Unless Otherwise Stated).
