Systems Support Services – Enterprise License Agreement To Use Esri Products. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Rights To Use Esri Software Products And Related System Support Services (Maintenance) For This Software For A Period Of Three Years For The Statutory City Of Ostrava And The Municipal Studio Of Spatial Planning And Architecture, P.O. Including Consulting Services Associated With Supporting Their Operation. Part Of The Contract Is The Maintenance Of The Subject Software Consisting In The Provision Of All Software Repairs And Upgrades Offered By The Manufacturer And Technical Support To The Extent Necessary For The Commissioning And Maintenance Of The Correct Function Of The Licensed Software. As Part Of The Contract, The Installation Files And Technical Documentation Of The Software In Question Are Also Required To Be Made Available.
