The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Basic Scope: Development Of A Program And Spatial Concept Taking Into Account Two Variants Of Solutions: - Variant No. 1 With The Inclusion Of The Northern Slip Road Between Lines Lk24 And Lk131, - Variant No. 2 Without The Inclusion Of The Slip Road; 2) Option Right No. 1: Performing Authors Supervision During The Duration And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covered By The Developed Design Documentation For The Basic Scope; 3) Option Right No. 2: Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions For The Northern Slip Road Between Lines Lk24 And Lk131; 4) Right Of Option No. 3: Performing Authors Supervision During The Duration And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covered By The Design Documentation Developed Under Option No. 2; 5) Option Law No. 4: Conducting An Environmental Impact Assessment, Preparing An Environmental Impact Report And Obtaining A Duś On The Report For The Railway Line No. 24 (Including The Slip Road); 6) Option Law No. 5: Conducting An Environmental Impact Assessment, Preparing An Environmental Impact Report And Obtaining A Duś On The Report For The Chorzew Siemkowice Station; 7) Option Right No. 6: Providing The Ordering Party With A License To The Edms Platform, Enabling Proper Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Project.
