Lot 1.1 Heat Pump Includes The Approval-Compliant Planning, Delivery, Construction And Commissioning As Well As The Subsequent Maintenance Of The Heat Pump Module To Provide Up To 50 Mw Of District Heating. The Interfaces Are Defined In Such A Way That All Connections Of The Heat Pump Module Are Provided Right Into The Machine Hall Or Into The Medium And Low Voltage Rooms. The Building, The Technical Building Equipment, The River Water And District Heating System As Well As Other Ancillary Systems Will Be Realized Through Other Lots. The Necessary Coordination With The Contractors Involved Is Also Part Of The Tender. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. Stage 1 Includes The Basic And Detailed Engineering, Stage 2 The Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of The Large Heat Pump Module And Stage 3 The Maintenance And Servicing Over 15 Years. The Scope Of Services Includes All Mechanical, Refrigeration, Hydraulic, Electrical And Control Components Required For Safe And Automated Operation Within The Lot Limits. This Includes In Particular The Refrigerant-Carrying Circuit With Main Units, The Drive Including Medium-Voltage Converters, The System-Related Switchgear, The Refrigerant Service Tank And The Required Secondary Steel Construction With Platforms, Platforms, Accesses And Support Structures. The Planning Of The Systems Internal Protection, Safety And Monitoring Devices Is Part Of The Scope Of Delivery.
