Region Southern Denmark Offers Five (5) Parallel Framework Agreements For The Procurement Of Advice And Assistance Regarding The Execution Of New, Self-Financed Advanced Pollution Studies In Region Southern Denmark. The Framework Agreement Includes Advisory Services In Connection With Public Pollution Efforts At Locations That Have Been Mapped As Polluted, But Where The Pollution Has Not Been Delimited, The So-Called Advanced Pollution Investigations. The Ordering Party Gives The Highest Priority To Efforts To Deal With Groundwater-Threatening Pollution In Areas With Special Drinking Water Interests And Catchments. Pollution That Results In A Strong Impact On Indoor Air That Poses An Acute Risk To Health Is Given High Priority. Pollution That Poses A Risk Of Contact And In Relation To Surface Water And Nature Is Only Prioritized In Special Cases. This Prioritization Is Political And Can Be Changed During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Purpose Of The Advanced Pollution Investigations Is Generally To: • Characterize And Delineate Pollution In Soil, Groundwater And Pore Air And Possibly Indoor Air And Surface Water On Contaminated Sites. • Create An Overview And Conceptual Understanding Of The Extent, Spread And Spread Of Pollution In Soil, Groundwater, Pore Air, Indoor Air, Air And Surface Water. • Create A Basis For A Risk Assessment Of The Pollution In Relation To The Areas Groundwater Resource, Water Extraction And Housing As Well As Current Or Future Sensitive Land Use, Nature And Surface Water. • Form The Basis For A Mitigation Program And Draft Project, If Deemed Necessary On The Basis Of The Risk Assessment. • Form The Basis For A Reassessment Of The Mapping Status Of The Source Plot And Any Neighboring Plots, As Well As Any Nuances In Relation To The Land Pollution Act. The Ordering Party Will Award A Framework Agreement To Five Suppliers.
