The Subject Of This Public Procurement Provides For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works On The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Gorsko Novo Selo, Municipality. Zlataritsa, With A Total Length Of 13,725 L.M. Pursuant To The Issued Construction Permit No. 16/22.10.2025, On The Basis Of Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 2, B. B In Relation B. And From Zut And Art. 4, Para. 2, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, The Investment Project Is For The Second Category Of Construction. Carrying Out All Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project, Together With The Quantity And Quantity-Value Accounts To It, The Issued Construction Permit, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book And The Technical Specifications. The Implementation Of The Smr Includes The Following: 1. Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Issued Construction Documents And With The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. (1) And (3) Of The Zut, As Well As With The Rules For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And The Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site; 2. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary Building Products, Materials, Equipment, Etc., In Accordance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, As Well As Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Investment; 3. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Their Investment In Construction; 4. If Necessary During Construction - Carrying Out Work On Relocation/Displacement Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks And Facilities; 5. Implementation And Organization Of The Activities To Remove Existing Infrastructure And Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Construction Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation; 6. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 7. Preparation Of All The Necessary Construction Documentation, According To The Requirements Of Zut And Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, As Well As Other Documentation Required By Laws And Regulatory Documents And Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 8. Preparation Of Executive Documentation For The Construction; 9. Removal Of Defects, If They Are Found During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 10. Removal Of Defects Within The Warranty Periods. 11. All Other Activities Assigned To The Contractor Under The Terms Of The Contract, As Well As All Other Activities That Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Guarantee Maintenance Of The Completed Construction, Which Are Not Explicitly Stated Above, But Are Regulated In The Applicable Legal Framework, The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Annexes To It, Unless The Contract Or The Bulgarian Legislation Expressly Assigns Them As An Obligation Of The Contracting Authority Or A Third Party.
