The Subject Of This Tender Is The Delivery Of Two Brand-New Electric Sweepers In The 5M³ Class For Use In Street Cleaning For The Civil Engineering Department Of The City Of Bern. The Vehicles Are Used To Clean Streets, Squares And Other Public Areas In The City. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Operational Vehicles, Including The Equipment Required For Their Intended Use, As Well As The Handover Of The Documentation And Documents Necessary For Operation. The Order Also Includes The Instruction Of The Operating And Workshop Staff As Well As All Services Required For The Proper Commissioning Of The Vehicles. The Vehicles And The Associated Equipment Must Fully Meet The Requirements According To The Specifications. The List Of Services Forms An Integral Part Of The Tender Documents. All Technical Specifications, Delivery Components, Documentation As Well As Training And Services Listed Therein Are Part Of The Offer. In Addition, The Tender Includes The Option Of Purchasing Up To Two Additional Vehicles Of The Same Category Under The Conditions Offered. There Is No Entitlement To Access The Options. No Product/Brand/Design Or Type Names Are Used. If, In Exceptional Cases, Such Designations Are Listed, Equivalent Alternatives Are Permitted. Equivalence Must Be Proven By The Provider.
