Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services - Geophysical Support For Preliminary Subsoil Investigation For Offshore Wind Farms Within Zones 4 And 5 Of The German Eez Of The North Sea In Accordance With Fep (Geophysb 2026). Background & Purpose The Bsh Has The Legal Task Of Carrying Out The Central Preliminary Investigation Of Areas For The Construction And Operation Of Wind Turbines At Sea On Behalf Of The Federal Network Agency. The Use Of These Areas To Generate Wind Energy And The Associated Right To Connect To The Grid Will Then Be Put Out To Public Tender. For This Purpose, The Results From The Preliminary Investigations Will Be Made Available To The Participants In The Tender Via The Pinta Portal (Https://Pinta.Bsh.De). The Aim Of The Bshs Preliminary Investigations Is, In Accordance With Section 9 Paragraph 1 Windseeg, To Provide The Participants With The Information That Enables A Competitive Determination Of The Bid, As Well As To Determine The Suitability Of The Area And To Examine Individual Items Of Investigation In Advance In Order To Accelerate The Subsequent Approval Process. For This Purpose, It Is Planned, Among Other Things, That A Geophysical Investigation (Geophysu) Of The Subsoil Is Carried Out. The Main Purpose Of The Associated Geophysical Monitoring (Geophysb) Is To Accompany And Monitor The Investigation As Well As Its Documentation In Order To Ensure Compliance With All Contractual Standards And Quality Criteria In The Work Of The Executing Company Within The Framework Of Geophysu. Geophysb Must Ensure That, On The Basis Of The Data And Results Of Geophysu, The Suitability Of The Areas Examined In The Eez Of The North Sea For The Construction Of Offshore Wind Farms Can Be Assessed, And That The Data And Results Can Be Made Available To The Public And The Bidders In A Complete And Quality-Assured Form As A Basis For The Tender Calculation Of The Areas. Contractual Standards And Quality Criteria Must Be Adhered To Both During Project Preparation, Offshore Data Acquisition And The Associated Mobilization Of The Individual Data Acquisition Components As Well As During Data Processing And Data Evaluation As Well As The Associated Report Creation And Data Delivery, Compliance With Which Must Be Guaranteed By Geophysb. 1.2. Subject The Subject Of The Contract Is The Support And Monitoring Of The Geophysical Investigations For Preliminary Subsoil Exploration For Offshore Wind Farms In Designated Study Areas In Accordance With The Fep From The Study Year 2027. The Support And Monitoring Includes A Partial Assumption Of The Interface Function Between The Client And The Executing Company. Taking On The Interface Function Includes The Following Tasks: - Representing The Contractor As An Offshore Client Representative - Accompanying And Monitoring The Geophysu, In Particular O Participation In Order-Related Meetings, Timely Participation In Project Preparation And The Project Process O Permanent Presence On The Measuring Ship To Accompany And Monitor The Offshore Work Of The Executing Company O Verification
