Background & Purpose The Bsh Has The Legal Task Of Carrying Out The Central Preliminary Investigation Of Areas For The Construction And Operation Of Wind Turbines At Sea On Behalf Of The Federal Network Agency. The Use Of These Areas To Generate Wind Energy And The Associated Right To Connect To The Grid Will Then Be Put Out To Public Tender.
