The Internal Accounting And Financial Management Program That Is The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Acquired As A Software Service, Meaning That The Program Is Offered From An Environment Managed By The Provider, So That The Subscriber Is Only Responsible For The Equipment, Software And Telecommunication Connections Needed To Connect To The Software Service. The Internal Accounting And Financial Control Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Internal Accounting Program) That Is The Subject Of The Acquisition Must Produce Planning And Forecasting Of The Organizations Finances, Internal Accounting Rules, Monitoring And Reporting. The Internal Calculation Program Must Enable Efficient, Secure And Automated Data Management And Analytics Within The Organization. The Internal Accounting Program Together With The External Accounting Program (Accounting, Financial Management) Must Form A Whole And Ensure Compliance With Statutory Reporting Requirements. External Computing Is Not The Subject Of This Acquisition. The Agreement Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Agreement And Until Further Notice.
