Nes Maintenance (Sip Service Platinum) Includes Software And Firmware Updates Within The Same Releases As Well As Upgrades To Additional Releases For Counters, Dc/Dcn And Nes System Software (Head End System), Nes Provisioning Tool And Nes Diagnostics Tool, As Well As Telephone And Web-Based Technical Support.
