Waste-Tip Management Services – Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The City Of Zamość. 1. Subject Of The Order: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision, In The Period From January 1, 2027, To December 31, 2027, Of Collection And Management Services For Unsegregated (Mixed) And Segregated Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The City Of Zamość. 1.2. The Service Consists Of: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The City Of Zamość, 2) Ensuring The Operation Of At Least One Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The City Of Zamość, 3) Equipping Properties With An Appropriate Number Of Containers And Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste. 1.3. The Types And Quantities Of Waste That, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Collect From Property Owners And At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Manage During The Term Of The Contract Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 1.4. The Types And Quantities Of Containers And Bags For Municipal Waste Provided By The Contractor And The Ordering Party, Respectively, Are Specified In The Opz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Which Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract After Its Conclusion. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Annex 11 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 5. Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Related To The Implementation Of The Order In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), The Ordering Party Specified In Point 28 Of The Swz And In The Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, To Ensure That The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users Are Taken Into Account When Implementing The Contract. 3.7.
