The Purchase Of The Equipment Includes Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Validation And Training For The Operators. In Addition To The Purchase Of The Equipment, The Assignment Involves Concluding A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of The Device-Related Consumables And Reagents During The Estimated Lifespan Of 8 To 10 Years. A Term Of 4 Years Has Been Opted For, Which Can Be Tacitly Extended Twice For 2 Years Each Time.
