Refuse And Waste Related Services – Operation Of The City Of Nîmes Recycling Centers (Ancienne-Motte, Les Lauzières And Saint-Césaire). This Contract Is A Contract For Supplies And Services Aimed At The Operation, Loading And Transport Of Waste From The Recycling Centers Of The City Of Nîmes (Ancienne-Motte, Les Lauzières And Saint-Césaire), Reception And Control Of Users, Rental And Transport Of Skips, Use Of Equipment For Compaction, Handling And Loading Of Specific Waste, Upkeep, Maintenance Of Installations And Equipment, Regulatory Controls And Periodic Inspections Of Installations, Achievement Of Performance Objectives In Terms Of Reuse, Sorting And Recovery Of Waste, Organization Of Seasonal Waste Collection Events. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On The Date Of 01/01/2027 Or On Its Notification Date If This Is Later, And Ends At The End Of 48 Months. All Of The Services Provided For In The Contract Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Single-Award Purchase Orders, Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. These Services Will Be Carried Out As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Public Buyer And Will Be Paid According To The Unit Prices In The Unit Price Schedule, Based On The Quantities Actually Executed. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value. This Amount Is €3,340,000 Excluding Tax For The Initial Period And €1,670,000 Excluding Tax For Each Of The Renewal Periods. No Phase Is Planned For This Market.
