Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Renovation Of Paderborn Townhouse; Heating Technology Including Piz. As Part Of The Renovation Of The City Administration At Abdinghof In Paderborn, Building Parts A, B And C, The Services Of The Heating Technology Trade, Including The Heating Of The Pader Information Center (Piz), Are Being Put Out To Tender. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Heating Systems, The Delivery And Assembly Of Heat Pump Convectors For Heating And Cooling, Heating Distribution And Piping Systems Including Fittings, Pumps And Thermal Insulation As Well As Heating Water Treatment. The Heating Surfaces Are Intended For A Design Of 45/35 °C. The Service Also Includes The Production And Operation Of Temporary Building Heating, Pressure Tests, Hydraulic Balancing And Regulation, Documentation And Commissioning As Well As The Heating Of The Piz. The Heating System Includes Approx. 200 Radiators In 5 Heating Circuits For Static Heating And 2 Heating Circuits For 2 Air Conditioning Systems. The Service Also Includes A Maintenance Contract For The Heating Technology Including Fittings And Pumps Over A Period Of 5 Years In Accordance With Vdma. The Work Is Carried Out In A Gutted Building And Under Cramped Inner-City Construction Site And Logistics Conditions. Intensive Coordination With Other Trades Involved In The Construction Is Required. The Local Conditions And Limited Transport And Storage Areas Must Be Taken Into Account During Execution.
