The Subject Of The Contract Is The Energy Upgrade Interventions At The Panthraki National Stadium Of Komotini And Includes The Following Interventions: 1. Shell Upgrade In The Kerkids Building, Which Includes: I) Replacement Of The Existing Frames Ii) Installation Of Perimeter Thermal Insulation And Roof Thermal Insulation - Waterproofing 2. Upgrade Of Electromechanical Equipment In The Kerkids Building, Which Includes: I) Replacement Of The Existing Heating And Cooling System With A New Vrf (Variable Refrigerant Flow) System For The Heating And Cooling Function Ii) Installation Of Wall-Mounted Mechanical Ventilation Units With The Possibility Of Heat Recovery Iii) Installation Of Solar Panels For The Production Of Domestic Hot Water (Dhw) 3. Replacement Of Old Technology Lamps And Projectors With Corresponding Modern Non-Energy Led Lighting Fixtures. 4. Installation Of A Photovoltaic Station In The Parking Area Which Will Offset The Basic Low Voltage Supply.
