Logic & Necessity Of The Act: The Proposal For Networking Of The 2021-2027 Amth Sdgs Is The Continuation Of A Successful Action Started In 2004 By Urban Komotini With The Networking Of The Community Initiative With The Beneficiaries Of Measure 4.2 Integrated Urban Development Intervention - Erdf Of The Operational Program Of The Region Of Eastern Macedonia Thrace 2000-2006 (6 Municipalities), Continued With A Similar Action With The Municipality Of Komotini As A Beneficiary Within The Framework Of The O.S.A.A. Amθ 2007-2013 (6 Municipalities) And With Beneficiary The Municipality Of Alexandroupolis During The Program Period 2014-2020 (3 Municipalities). During The Current Programming Period, The Municipality Of Drama, With The Consent Of The Other 5 Beneficiary Municipalities, Kavala, Xanthi, Komotini, Alexandroupoli And Orestiada, Undertakes The Networking Of The Proposals Of The Sustainable Urban Development Strategy 2021-2027. The Proposed Action Aspires To Transform The Networking Actions Into A Knowledge Laboratory For The Cultivation Of Innovative Solutions Regarding The Social Challenges Related To The Specific Objective Rso5.1 Strengthening Integrated And Inclusive Social, Economic And Environmental Development, Culture, Natural Heritage, Sustainable Tourism And Security In Urban Areas (Erdf), Included In The Program Eastern Macedonia, Thrace For The Programming Period 2021-2027. Objective: The Networking Of The Sdgs 2021-2027 Has Two Main Objectives: 1. The Contribution To The Creation Of The Smart, Digital, Resilient, Sustainable And Fair City. 2. The Improvement Of Strategic & Operational Capacity At Local Level Objective 1 Is Based On And Expected To Contribute To The Territorial Agenda 2030 For Europe One Future For All Places, The European Urban Initiative, The New Leipzig Charter, The Green European Agenda, The New Bauhaus Initiative, The Oecd Principles For Urban Development, The Habitat 2030 Agenda And The Sustainable Development Goals (Sdgs) Of The United Nations. Objective 2 Responds To The Need To Support The Governance Of Integrated Strategies As Highlighted During The Assessment Of The Implementation Of Spatial Tools Completed In 2014-2020 (Urban Management Sa, 2020), As Well As The Circular 124143/21.12.2022 Which Introduces The Creation Of Support Groups At Regional And Spatial Level. Brief Description Of Actions: Participation In Networks: Registration In 5 European Networks & Territorial Cooperation Groups Transfer Of Know-How And Good Practices From Municipalities Of Other Countries, By Carrying Out On-Site Visits: Three (3) Meetings Will Be Held In Municipalities That Are Good Practice In Sustainable Urban Interventions & Especially In The Axes Of Smart, Digital, Resilient, Sustainable & Fair City.
