The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Design, Implementation And Verification Of The Quality Control System Of The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Manufacturer) And The Preparation Of Technical Documentation Of The Skin Cover Based On Innovative Pcl Structures (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Medical Device) In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Its Updates (Hereinafter Referred To As The Mdr), With The Aim Of Ensuring The Readiness Of The Contracting Authority For The Process Of Assessing The Conformity Of The Medical Device And Meeting Regulatory Requirements Necessary For Its Launch On The Market.
