Modular And Portable Buildings – Rental Services Of Modular Container-Type Spaces Necessary For The Creation Of Facilities And The Arrangement Of Educational Spaces In Order To Relocate Students From Schools That Are To Be Consolidated, Rehabilitated And Modernized At The Level Of Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Object Of This Procurement Procedure Is Represented By The Rental Of Modular Container-Type Spaces Necessary For The Creation Of Facilities And The Arrangement Of Educational Spaces In Order To Relocate Students From The Schools To Be Consolidated, Rehabilitated And Modernized At The Level Of Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Modular Constructions That Are The Object Of This Purchase Will Be Located On The Available Lands Within The Premises Of The Educational Units Under The Administration Of Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities For The Framework Agreement: Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement: - The Smallest Subsequent Contract Related To The Framework Agreement Consists, Quantitatively, Of The Supply Of A Number Of 48 Container-Type Modules, To Which Are Added The Services Of Preparation Of Technical Documentation And Placement And Installation Works/Operations; - The Largest Subsequent Contract Related To The Framework Agreement Consists, Quantitatively, Of The Supply Of A Number Of 130 Container-Type Modules, To Which Are Added The Technical Documentation Development Services And The Placement And Installation Works/Operations; - The Minimum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement Is 178 Container-Type Modules; - The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement Is 966 Container Modules. The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 26,254,182.87 Lei Without Vat. The Minimum Value Of The Framework Agreement - 4,843,608.21 Lei Without Vat; Estimated Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract - 1,320,484.86 Lei Without Vat; The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract - 3,523,123.35 Lei Without Vat. During The Entire Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Estimates The Award Of A Number Of 3 Subsequent Contracts/Year. The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Within The Framework Agreement Will Be Carried Out During Its Development, Depending On The Real Needs And Investment Priorities Of The Contracting Authority, Correlated With The Programs Of Consolidation And Energy Efficiency Of The Investment Objectives Carried Out At The Level Of Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest And With The Approved And Available Budget Funds And Depending On The Possibilities Of Relocating Students Until The Completion Of These Investment Objectives. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator And The Awarding Of Contracts Subsequent To The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Carried Out Without The Resumption Of Competition.
