Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, With Electricity Demand Over A Period Of 12 Months In The Amount Of 14,502.03 Mwh (Basic Order), 17,402.44 Mwh (With Option Right +20%), 1.2. Performance Of Activities Resulting From The Power Of Attorney Constituting An Annex To The Agreement. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Electricity Sales Agreement - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3.
