Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Planning Services For The New Construction Of A Central Warehouse, Training Center And Workshops At The Bonnnetz Depot. The Contractor (An) Takes Over All Planning Services In Accordance With Hoai Service Phases 1-8, Including Property Monitoring. The Scope Extends To All Construction Phases Defined In The Service Description As Well As The Interior Spaces And Includes The Following Specialist Areas: Object Planning, Structural Planning, Technical Building Equipment For All System Groups, Building Physics, Fire Protection, Outdoor Facilities, Traffic And Operating Areas Including Company Filling Station, Freedom From Explosive Ordnance, Pollution Control, Necessary Dismantling Measures, All Temporary Measures/Interim Measures To Maintain Operations During The Construction Period
