The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Designate A Partner Who Will Allow Team Leaders To Receive, Via A Web Tool, Feedback From Their Own Team Leader, Members Of Their Team And/Or Their Colleagues/Peers. By “360° Feedback” We Mean: A Structured Feedback Process In Which A Team Leader Receives Feedback Based On Their Self-Assessment, But Also Feedback From Their Own Team Leader, Team Members And Peers. It Is The National Lottery Which Determines Which Groups Of Respondents Are Surveyed Per Feedback Cycle.
