Diagnostic Devices – Framework Agreement For Glucose Meters And Accessories In The Nursing Wards Of Zas (Poct). The Subject Of This Assignment Is The Purchase, Supply, Installation, Implementation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Glucose Meters, Including Associated Test Strips, Control Solutions, Consumables And The Necessary Software And Connectivity Solutions. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Term Of Seven (7) Years, With The Option For Zas To Extend The Agreement Once For A Period Of Three (3) Years. The Glucose Meters Will Be Deployed On Various Campuses And Departments Within Zas, Including Nursing Wards, Emergency Services, Intensive Care Units, Operating Rooms, Day Hospitals And Other Clinical Care Environments. Given The Large-Scale And Multidisciplinary Use, A High Degree Of User-Friendliness Is Essential. The Devices Must Be Intuitive To Use For A Broad User Group With Varying Experience Levels, Ensuring Safe, Efficient And Uniform Operation Across The Entire Organization. When Assessing The Offered Solution, Special Attention Is Paid To The Availability Of A Fully Dutch User Interface, Dutch Manuals And Training Materials. This Should Contribute To Smooth Commissioning, A Limitation Of User Errors And Optimal Acceptance Within Clinical Practice. The Aim Of This Assignment Is The Selection Of A User-Friendly, Reliable And Integrated Glucose Measurement Solution That Supports Patient Safety, Optimizes Work Processes And Enables Uniform Operation Across All Zas Departments.
