Nordværk I/S Offers Acquisition, Implementation And Subsequent Operation And Maintenance Of A New Specialist System For Administration And Support Of Waste Collection, Hereafter Referred To As The Solution. The Acquisition Is Carried Out With The Aim Of Replacing The Current System Support For Nordværks Renovation Area And Establishing A Comprehensive, Up-To-Date And Future-Proof Solution That Can Support The Business Processes Linked To Administration, Planning, Case Processing, Execution, Registration, Follow-Up And Documentation Of Waste Collection. The Procurement Includes Delivery And Implementation Of The Solution As Well As The Services Necessary To Establish And Put The Solution Into Use. This Includes, Among Other Things, Clarification And Configuration, Migration And Establishment Of Relevant Data, Establishment And Adaptation Of Integrations, Testing, Training, Documentation, Commissioning As Well As Subsequent Operation, Support, Maintenance And Further Development In Accordance With The Contract And The Contracts Appendices. The Solution Must Support Nordværks Entire Value Chain In The Area Of ​​Renovation, From A Citizens Or Customers Arrangement, Inquiry Or Order To Planning And Carrying Out The Specific Renovation Task, As Well As Subsequent Registration, Case Processing, Follow-Up, Controlling, Documentation And Basis For Billing. The Acquisition Is Part Of Nordværks Work To Ensure Efficient, Coherent And Data-Driven Administration And Operation Of Waste Collection. The Solution Must Support Standardized And Controllable Workflows, High Data Quality, Reduced Need For Manual Processes As Well As Better Options For Management, Follow-Up And Ongoing Development Of The Renovation Area. At The Same Time, The Solution Must Be Able To Fit Appropriately Into Nordværks Other System Landscape And Support Organizational, Operational And Technological Changes Over The Term Of The Contract.
