Canteen And Catering Services – Conference And Event Catering As Well As Management Of Community Catering (Staff Catering). The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Following Services: A) Management Of The Communal Catering/Staff Catering: As Part Of A Full-Fledged Communal Catering, At Least Two Menu Lines Must Be Offered In The Communal Catering Every Working Day As Part Of A Varied Weekly Menu, Of Which There Is Usually A Vegetarian Dish And Also A Snack. In General, Up To 250 Employees Can Use The Communal Catering Facility. The Number Of Meals Served Currently Fluctuates Between 50 - 80 Portions Per Working Day. The Meal Services Must Be Settled Directly With The Employees. They Receive Limited Subsidies From The G-Ba. Otherwise, Employee Meals Are Provided At The Contractors Own Economic Risk. B) Catering To Visitors/Guests As Part Of A Conference/Meeting Catering In The Community Catering Facility. An Average Of 80 People Have To Be Provided With Lunch Per Day. There Are Two Menu Lines To Offer. The Remuneration Is Provided By The G-Ba. Additional Catering Services For Special Events Can Also Be Provided As An Option. C) Meeting Service (Staffing) Including Procurement And Organization Of Consumables. The Meeting Service Includes The Preparation And Follow-Up Of The Meeting And Conference Rooms For Meetings, Conferences And Events (Setting And Covering Dishes, Providing Cold And Warm Drinks, Etc., Cleaning Conference Tables, Organizing And Managing The Bistro Kitchens On The Conference Floors). As A Rule, The Meeting Service Is To Be Guaranteed To A Total Of Up To 100 Person-Hours Per Week (Except On Public Holidays) Monday To Thursday From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. And Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Meeting Service Is Paid At A Flat Rate Per Month. The G-Ba Provides The Contractor With The Communal Catering Facilities (Kitchen And Guest Room) As Well As The Existing Inventory Free Of Charge. The Hot Meals Must Be Prepared Externally And Can Only Be Prepared In The Community Catering Facility. The Tasks Of The G-Ba Office Require A Very High Security Standard. The Work Processes And Advisory Procedures In The G-Ba Are Subject To Special Confidentiality. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account Appropriately.
