The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Firewood - Firewood Chips From Hardwood And Coniferous Wood (Biomass) In An Amount Of 12,000 Spatial Meters (Mp) Under The Basic Order, With The Possibility Of Extending The Deliveries By A Maximum Of 2,400 M2 Under The Option Right, Intended For Combustion In Vfr 4000 And Vfr 1600 Polytechnik Biomass Boilers, Together With Transport And Unloading To The Storage Yard At The Ordering Partys Hospital Boiler Room. 2. Quality Requirements - The Supplied Raw Material Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Type And Origin Of The Fuel: - Fuel Chips Obtained From The Grinding Of Hardwood And Coniferous Wood, - The Admixture Of Chips Originating Only From Mechanical Wood Processing Is Allowed, - Chips Can Be Produced Both From Sawmill And Carpentry Waste, As Well As From The Remains Of Wood Extraction (Branches, Limbs), - It Is Unacceptable To Offer Fuel From Energy Willow; 2) Fraction (Size Of Pieces): - Chips Should Have A Size Of 20-50 Mm, - The Content Of Finer Particles Is Allowed Only In The Amount Resulting From The Normal Operation Of Shredding Equipment, - Pieces Of Wood Larger Than Those Specified Above Are Not Allowed; 3) Humidity: The Maximum Relative Humidity Of The Supplied Fuel Cannot Exceed 35%; 4) Purity And Homogeneity: The Raw Material Must Be Free From Impurities, In Particular: Sand, Earth, Stones, Snow And Ice Lumps. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow A Mixture Of Wood Chips And Sawdust - Finer Parts Can Only Come From The Technological Process Of Wood Grinding. 4. Quantity Requirements: The Amount Of Fuel Under The Basic Order Is 12,000 Mp; Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party May Extend The Deliveries By A Maximum Of 2,400 Units (Maximum Total Scope Of The Order: 14,400 Units). The Indicated Quantities Are Maximum Quantities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Ordered Fuel In Accordance With Actual Needs, Provided That It Will Complete The Basic Order To An Extent Of Not Less Than 80% Of The Quantity Of The Basic Order, I.E. 9,600 Mp (Minimum Amount Of Performance - Article 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages For Not Using The Full Quantity Of The Basic Order Beyond The Guaranteed Range Or For Not Exercising The Option Right. 5. Option Right (Article 441(1) Of The Public Procurement Law): 1) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right To Extend Supplies By A Maximum Of 2,400 Mp Of Fuel Chips, With Quality Parameters And Logistic Conditions Identical To The Basic Order, At Unit Prices Specified In The Contractors Offer; 2) The Circumstance Justifying The Exercise Of The Option Right Is, In Particular, The Ordering Partys Increased Demand For Thermal Energy (Including Due To Weather Conditions Or Increased Consumption Of Hot
